Terms of Use

Up Saver is provided by Ahmet Koyun, a sole proprietorship trading as Up Solutions with its business address at Osmangazi Mah. Kemal Onyurt Cad. No: 132, 46050 Onikişubat/Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Up Saver, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Up Saver helps you keep track of subscriptions, loans, credit cards, personal debts and receivables, with installment schedules, partial payments, a payment calendar, budgets, price history and reminders.

Up Saver is not a bank or a payment service. It does not connect to bank accounts, cannot transfer money and does not give financial advice. Amounts, schedules and forecasts in the app are based on the information you enter and are not bank transactions.

Converted amounts use European Central Bank reference rates, provided through Frankfurter and collected once a day. They are for information only and may differ from the rates applied by your bank or card provider. Rates may occasionally be unavailable or out of date, and the original amount and currency you entered are always kept.

• Check your records before relying on them, for example before making a payment.
• Keep your device secure. Records stored only on your device can be lost if the device is lost or the app is removed, so export backups regularly and store them safely.
• Use Up Saver only for lawful purposes. Do not try to access other users’ data, interfere with our services or misuse the app.
• You keep all rights to the records you enter. We use them only to provide Up Saver as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can use Up Saver without an account. If you create one with Apple or Google, keep access to that Apple or Google account secure, because you use it to sign in to Up Saver. You can delete your account at any time in the app or by email, as described on the Delete Account page.

Saver Pro is not on sale yet. When it becomes available, the following terms apply:

• Saver Pro is offered as monthly and yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel them.
• Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The store processes your payment and charges the payment method of your store account. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
• If a free trial or an introductory offer is available, its terms are shown before you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews at the end of each period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Apple and Google set the exact cancellation deadlines.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account. Deleting the app or your Up Saver account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
• Your Saver Pro status is linked to your Up Saver account and is checked through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.

Up Saver, including its design, text and software, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app on devices that you own or control, under these terms and the terms of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

If you downloaded Up Saver from the App Store or Google Play, the store’s terms also apply to your download and purchases. These terms are between you and us. Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the app, its content or its support.

We may update Up Saver, change or remove features, or discontinue the app, for example to improve it or to meet legal or technical requirements. We aim to keep sign-in, sync and exchange rates available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We provide Up Saver with care, but the app is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information shown in the app, such as converted amounts, payment dates or reminders.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using Up Saver at any time and delete your account if you have one. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms or the law.

These terms do not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. If a provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

We may update these terms when Up Saver or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
